  • You're wrong. The safety of kids is a responsibility for all adults in a community. And the community -- as in LAW ENFORCEMENT -- should get involved far short of rape and murder.

  • Thanks for sticking up for the little sister. In some states, such as Illinois, battering a spouse or a child in front of a second child leads to charges of abuse against the SECOND child as well.

  • Which president? I long to see Bush & Cheney on trial in the Hague. It is not enough satisfaction to know that they are trapped in the U.S. the rest of their lives in fear of being "rendered" for trial for their war crimes.
